O3DS LoZ 25th Anniversary Ed Gold Emboss scratches on top panel from the touch screen. Fixable?

I absolutely love this 3DS but I was heartbroken when I saw that the "dust" marks I thought would come off had actually scratched on the top panel. This was before I realized I needed to place a cloth to keep it safe.

I am kind of into DIY stuff and I was wondering what is possible in replacing some of the parts on the top panel or if there are people or shops that do this as a paid service. Any leads?
