Can I get your alcohol opinions?

Hey y'all! I am having a small-ish (65 person) brunch wedding this fall and I'm trying to figure out what to do about alcohol. It's going to start at noon, and I was thinking of a mimosa/bellini bar (where you can mix in your own juice). If you went to a brunch wedding, how much would you expect to drink? Would you want stuff other than "brunch cocktails"? Thanks for your feedback!
