my phone screen is fucked up and i don't know how to fix it (and i'm broke so i can't go in and fix it)

I have a samsung galaxy core prime (it's not the best but it works). Back in December, I cracked it (but not severely).

Today, though, I pulled it out of my pocket to notice that parts of the screen had gone black. There are thin gray bars going across like 3/4 of it, and the remaining areas that still work are flickering slightly (which is sensory hell for me). I don't know what to do to fix it without deleting everything i have on it, and I have zero money so i can't go to a tech place.

Please help me figure out how to fix this, I can't have a broken phone until i go to college
