New Hero: "Saber Prower"

Greetings fellow vainglorists and dev. teams! As you may already know, your MOBA Vainglory is a hit across the board, I myself have logged many grinding hours into this dedicated mastery of game craftsmanship. And I have contributed much as well, maybe not as much as you, but I fully support your efforts, via posting about it on social media, boostings its reach into the world, playing and improving the game by forwarding discovered bugs, and even purchasing in-game currency with real currency. But I feel another contributation is in order! You see, I plan on becoming a game designer as well, starting out in artistry and concept arts. And I have quite the open and imaginative mind. I am not sure how many of these requests you get, (which may be often, I don't know) but I send you this one to discuss about my idea of a game changing and completely unique and original character. Complete with multiple abilites to decide, change and improve upon, full character dialouge and animation board, basic stats, appearence and more! This character I have worked hard to make him seem close to a reality. I don't know what rubric you use to build heroes, but I believe at the start he's fairly balanced. I look very forward and beyond to hear from you!
