Do I report a broken glasses scam?

Two days ago someone bumped into me, and their glasses flew an unnatural distance. They then said I owed them money for it. When I said no enough times they said I don't want any trouble while balling up their fist.

After I said no again he took a half hearted swing at me and I just jogged away.

Is there anywhere I should report this sort of thing?
