Windows 10 - inaccessible boot device

Machine was working fine. Rebooted it and can't get past this error. I've run through all hardware checks with no problems. It will not boot into safe mode. It will not recover to the last recovery point.

I can get to a command prompt and see the drive and all my data.

I've tried to repair using a USB with windows 10 on it. That ran for many hours and failed as well. I'm currently offloading my data via command prompt to USB so that I can reinstall windows but this is my last resort. There has to be way to fix this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Jay
