Converting Old Crisis' into Commanders

So I have a bunch of pre-assembled crisis suits from last edition (not yet painted) and I was wondering if you guys had any creative/practical ways of converting them into commander models, since they seem like they're going to be a staple in 8th.

I was thinking of adding a crest to the front of their helmets (think samurai armor) and 'fins' to their jet packs, sort of like the commander, made out of plasticard.

What are some of your ideas, r/tau40k?
