Kratom helps methadone withdrawal

I have been going to the methadone clinic for almost 2 years. My highest dose was 70mg. I recently tapered down to 7mg. I tried to cut down to 4mg and experienced bad withdrawals. I started searching the internet for anything I could try to help the withdrawal. I went back up to 6mg because I couldn't stand it. I then decided to try Kratom. I remember taking it a few years back when I couldn't get vicoden but it was banned in my state. I went to Minnesota to pick some up and stoped going to the methadone clinic. I have been off of methadone for 6days (may not seem like a long time but it is a huge deal to me) and I have not experienced any withdrawal symptoms that are bad just from taking Kratom. I do take a xanex at night to make sure I can sleep, but during the day the Kratom makes me feel pretty good and takes away any cravings. I honestly believe that Kratom is the best thing to use for any opiate withdrawal.
