I made 3 decks, and don't have much success with any of them. Any advices?

Wild Hunt deck: http://i.imgur.com/pWxgKco.jpg

NR armor deck: http://i.imgur.com/xEelPzJ.jpg

SK healing deck: http://i.imgur.com/3MmlrfS.jpg

I have all cards from kegs. I will craft Geralt Igni soon. Are any of these decks at least competitive on ranked? Should i craft Ciri after Geralt? I don't want to change my decks for other type i just want to make this specific types of decks as good as possible.

Thanks in advance guys. Cheers from Poland :)
