VMWare TAM - What would your expectations be?

Hey guys-

I posted about a month ago about TAM/SE positions at VMWare. I ended up accepting the TAM role(2.5 slices).

As a long time VMWare customer, I know what I would have liked to leverage a TAM for. But I also know that everyone has unique experiences and expectations.

Just out of curiosity, if you had a TAM- what are some things you would want or expect from your engagement? Every customer has their own expectations and while I have my own ideas from customer perspective, I'd love to hear what others would look for.
