Bad in lane phase

I'm in gold 5, I play like 30 ranked games each season because it stresses me the fuck out.

I believe that I can get a way higher rank if I understand how to play in lanes properly. I tend to lose my lane (top, bot, adc) and play pretty good later on in the game IF my team isn't doing too bad.

I win lanes if the enemy laner is quite a bit worse than me, mostly in normals, when I win these lanes, I tend to stomp the game.

As a result, I play jungle, but I enjoy the adc and mid lane playstyle a lot as well and I want to improve there my skill in these lanes.

If there is anyone able to provide me with word of advice or link me to an other post that can provide me the 'answers' that I need, that would be greatly appreciated.
