Question about fans

I am planning on building a pc, I am wondering about fan control in my pc build. I am planning on getting an aerocool 800 case which has one intake 3 pin fan and 1 outtake 3 pin fan. The mobo I am planning on getting is the MSI b150 mortar which has 2x4 pin connectors. Other relevant parts are: -Sapphire Rx 570 nitro + 4 GB -Intel i5-6500 -seasonic s12ii 520w -Be quiet pure rock CPU cooler. -8gb 2133MHz ram -240Gb ssd -1Tb Hdd I am wondering will I need to replace the 3 pin fans with 4 pin fans? Will the two case fans plus the CPU cooler be enough fans for this build? If not, will I connect the case fans to the mobo or my psu? I would also appreciate any other comments on the build in general!! Thanks in advance for any advice :)
