Is the Anti-Ram factory good?

The other day I used the anti ram factory, it's pretty danm good! Like a [MG]clan booster tried to ram me but I kicked his ass! It works on smashers too. The only problem is that a slow factory dies so quickly but the extra health is good too. I would rate it a 8 out of 10 because its slow but it can still kill spammers.
