[IDEA] "The Quickie-Saw" <Medic, Melee>

"The Quickie-Saw" (No Desc yet)

Positives: On Hit: 15% UberCharge added Gain a speed boost on kill Right click: activate UberCharge if full Can taunt kill

Negatives: -20 max health on wearer 15% slower firing speed You gain UberCharge 5% slower while equipped

Information: I got the idea while playing spy with the big earner thinking of weapon concepts, I thought about what class could benefit the most with a speed boost on kill.

Then it came to me, THE MEDIC! More specifically the "battle-medic" (I know some people don't agree but still.) I then thought if it would work for normal medic and I realized it would!

It may not be the best idea but it's a mix of the UberSaw with lowered stats and the big earner with some added stats.
