I never received my login information after buying a 2 year subscription, and no one has replied to my support ticket. :(

A few days ago, I bought a Private Internet Access 2-year subscription gift card and tried to redeem it. I never received an email with my login information, and the forgot password link doesn't send me an email either. The site now says the gift card has already been redeemed. I opened a support ticket immediately, but no one has replied. Is there anyone here who can help me get my login information? My ticket number is 362091.
