So this is how i made 150 wls after winterfest without farming or mass producing

First u need 21 vending machines=84-90 wls

Make a world with display blocks and the machines on top=9-25 depending on how nice you want to make the world

Spend the rest of the wls to buy crime packs. 1 pack for 3 wls, don't buy for 4 wls or you won't make profit.

Fill your vends with the crime cards

Sell crime waves 2 wls each

Sell all cards 11-15/wl Regen 3/wl Incinerate 4/wl Frozen mirror 3-4/wl Frost breath 5-6/wl Megawatt pulse 6-7/wl

I recommend this method for anybody who has around 150-300 wls. You will profit about 1-2 wls for every pack you buy.

It is hard to sell when there is not an event but when there is a criminal you will have a lot of customers.
