Is there a difference between the prime knit on NMDs/UBs compared to Yeezy V2's?

I've got a huge lump in top of my foot (Saddle Bone deformation, I guess it's called,) and after a few hours of wearing my V2's the top of my foot starts to hurt a lot, my left shoe is perfectly comfortable, but the pain becomes unbearable on my right foot because the primeknit pushes down on it.

Now I'm just wondering, is the primeknit on UBs and NMDs softer and looser than on V2s? If they are, I'll probably end up getting a pair.
