6300 or A7ii??

I am a rookie when it comes to photography but I need a nice camera to take pictures for my job as well as just some recreational use. For my job, I will be taking pictures of kitchens more specifically countertops in kitchens. I love the Sony's feel and design so I have narrowed my options down to the a6500 or the A7ii. My main question is if the full frame sensor in the A7ii will be worth the extra cost and be most beneficial for me or is it an overkill?
