[Tech Support] I cannot in any way sign into my account

I bought this game yesterday. Installed it on my desktop yesterday, made an account, signed in, and played a game. Just installed it on my laptop and it wouldn't let me sign in. I did a name request, it was what I thought it was. Did a password reset, still won't let me. Try to contact support, says I have to be signed in to do so. I CANT LOG IN ffs. Not on the website or anywhere. Any fix for this? I just need to contact support, I assume. But they literally won't let me.
