When does Heatwave come back?

I never see any info on colors so i thought i would ask. I've been waiting for this color to come around again so badly. i started playing in november of this year so i missed out on both this and the halloween colors. But i know it came out sometime around this time last year. any ideas? or was it a one time color sort of deal?
