Skyrim LE New Playthrough

So yesterday, I started a new playthrough on my Skyrim LE for Xbox 360 simply for nostalgic purposes. As soon as it started I told myself I could play on Master from the start. I got through Helgen no problem, screwed up and got surrounded by spiders and died. No problem I had to get back used to playing on a non-glitched level.

I got to riverwood and went back to embershard mine and killed everyone no issue, I had Faendal at this point. I do my normal rounds get the dragonstone and fast travel to riverwood to sell my spoils. A courier pops up and tells me the Jarl of Falkreath wants to see me. I go to Whiterun and get rid of that heavy dragonstone. I hop on the carriage and go to Falkreath.

I talk to the Jarl and I head out only to get my butt pounded by 2 master vampires, 3 death hounds and 2 vampire thralls. I died like 5 times and only beat them once the guards surrounded the master vampires. So I head to bilegulch, and a bandit chief is 1 hitting me. I had to have Faendal take the heat while I flanked him.

I'm only level 11 so far and I already feel like I'm in over my head at this point.
