I feel like I'm the only person in the world who feels like this.

I really hate bass heavy audio equipment and anything that even remotely boosts bass. IMO if there's a lot of bass it's very distracting as I listen very analytically. Don't get me wrong I love my bass but it's so easy to get wrong. For example some of my favorite things about some songs is the bass, but if it's the main focus of the song it feels out of place (depending on the genre of course) Hell even the HD598 had just the perfect amount of bass in my opinion and I couldn't stand any more. I only use very neutral headphones, actually looking to buy the K702 soon which are very analytical from what I have read.
