This fight seemed impossible at first and I was really salty about not having WoL. But I realized that I was just not being smart about the units I had. Game changer for me was using evasion to deal with the nasty tumults.

notes:

Chizuru's and Olive had low hp/def so depended on Mirage vest on Olive and Hayate to evade tumults
Refia needs good DEF and 5K HP minimum. I was one RNG tumult away from her dying.
Used DW Barrage to build esper/LB meter
Fully buffed Phantom > True shot chain did about 35% of Titan's hp.
