Just moved to Utah for 4 months. Can I apply and get health insurance while I'm here even though it is passed the enrollment period?

I'll try to make this short. I'm in Utah for 4 months. I need accutane badly. I've been on it once but the dermatologist said I need to go on it again, problem is its going to be around $400+ a month if I don't have health insurance. I need to be on accutane for 6 months.

1. Can I get health insurance for these 4 months while in Utah?
2. Will I need to apply for Idaho health insurance when I move back there in order to pay for the remaining months of accutane? Or will the utah health insurance still cover the last two months even though I moved out of state?
