Leveling Tips

Hello.
I returned to the game a week ago, i was level 100 and with all xp tomes and resets made to level 200 only doing Siulai.
My campaign quests are arround level 115, same with the maps.
Now with this new maintenance i have a lot of xp tome and resets again, what the best way to level up?
Continue doing Siulai?, catch up my quests or something?
Can anyone give me a light?
