What are the implications of buying (mostly Chinese) not well-known brands of smartphones, tablets and netbooks? What are the risks? Any experience?

I noticed these when I was browsing retail sites. Almost all if not 100% has Android on them.

Huawei and Lenovo are fairly well-known, I'm talking about others.
