No power apparent power to Motherboard

Afternoon Buildapc subreddit

So the current issue, I am running into after trying a few things to work out why the new build I am working on is refusing to power up.

The Parts currently in the - NZXT CA-S340W-B4 -Corsair 550 W RM550x -AMD Ryzen 7 1700 65 W 8/16 Core 3.7 GHz 4 MB CPU w Stock Fan Cooler -MSI AMD AM4 B350 Gaming Pro Carbon Ryzen 7th Gen DDR4 M.2 USB3.1 CF/SLI ATX Motherboard

So far ive: -Tested power cables from the power supply which appears to have no issues as it is able to run on my current computer and the power supply cable from the other computer won't power it.

-No power to Motherboard USB's (plugging in phone to see if it would pick up a charge to recharge itself)

-Corsair Connections don't seem to want to connect cleanly to the motherboard and powersupply connectors - http://imgur.com/a/RV2Cd

If anyone can help at all with any further suggestions or require more details give me a shout.
