Malzahar vs katarina ?

I've been playing malz a lot thnx to the 7.11 changes, but I found a lot of trouble playing against kat. Her poke pushed me out of lane and gave her team the early lead. since all of my other lanes were losing we lost without any turrets. Do you know what i can do to win lane against her ?
