Is it still possible to unlock the MACO operational and MACO Tactical?

I was hoping to unlock all the rep visuals but I hit a bit of a snag, elite versions of the borg STFs that are required to get the other visuals do not exist anymore...(Conduit, cure found and cure applied do not have elite versions) so I have to ask if its still possible to get the other two MACO visuals left that I need to acquire.
