Reduce Picture/Media File Size

Droid Turbo 2. Android 7.0. I want to reduce picture file size (and therefore quality) before uploading or emailing them. I don't need high-quality 4-5mb photos for everything. Is there a simple application available to do so in a batch process?

I'd like to :

1. Select photos/media
2. Choose an option to reduce quality/file-size of everything selected
3. Save smaller media files to separate gallery folder
