Why is it stopping for five to ten seconds every five to ten seconds?

I'm trying to print from a file I downloaded on Thingsverse. I'm using Cura via USB to my V2. It seemed to be working fine, but it's stopping every five to ten seconds for five to ten seconds. Is that normal? It's also taking an unusually long amount of time. It's a fidget spinner that's been printing for two hours and it's not even half way done. Any help?
