Grind at 56 and Node bonus/energy

So i'm 56 with about 135AP or something like that (hidden stats and all that i guess) should i still be grinding sausans? they seem faceroll now with awakening

also should i be investing into nodes now to get better drops? does this even work tho? i'm hearing yes and no. a much louder NO actually....
