I had 16 GB of Corsair Blue RAM, I swapped it all out for 32 GB of Corsair Vengeance now my computer runs slow?

My motherboard supports 32 GB of RAM and I decdided to swap out 4 4 GB sticks of Corsair Blue for 4 8 GB sticks of Corsair Vengeance. Now my computer runs sickenly slow. Both sets of RAM are DDR3.
