Which Android Phones have large System partitions?

Hi all My Samsung Galaxy S5 updated overnight and now the System partition is full [2.4 GB / 2.4 GB used. The phone is 16 GB (from work) but the System partition is 2.4 GB (ridiculous). My OnePlus One phone (personal phone) although 64 GB only has 1.3 GB which is even worse. I have a shared Google Photos album with screenshots from DiskInfo: https://goo.gl/photos/dTqkVgBuhgzh4jsV9 What is the known Android phone out there with the biggest System partition? Thanks!
