Would it be at all possible for STREET FIGHTER V to work on the Switch?

Aside from Sony's current exclusive rights to the series on console, if in the future those rights in some way expired, would it be technically possible to get a version of that game running on the Switch's hardware?

After playing USFII:TFC, my first ever introduction into the series, I have been considering getting SFV on PC. But if it was coming to the Switch, I'd definitely prioritize that.

Maybe with Captain Falcon as a console-exclusive fighter?
