I need a rule list to characters abilities

There are so many different rules that characters have to their abilities that are not listed. Some people go out of their way to make great videos and writeups to show others these rules, which is great, but why can't epic provide this in a hero tutorial or something. Here are just a few examples of what I am talking about.

• What goes through steels shield?

• What can Yin not hit back?

• When can phase not pull?

• Who's ults can be canceled?

• Rules of revanant (this could get long)

• What abilities are considered basic attacks?

• What are the rules on the rng of dekker stasis bomb hit? (Sorry this was a bad joke. I know it is not a rng)

Some of these I already know from experience (40 days gameplay), but I couldn't imagine what a new player goes through.

I apologize if this is a duplicate effort from another post, but I couldn't find one.

Edit. The answers I received just shows that their are so many rules that are not commonly know unless tried in game. There is no way to sandbox these to test them either. The point of this post is that we need a better source of answers than just asking.
