Update #3: DVD/Blu-Ray Subtitles Available for Download
Hello again! I meant to post this way closer to the release of the finished remaster, but I got busy with other things. Without further ado, I have the subtitle files for English/French/Spanish that are extracted directly from the DVD source, upscaled to 1080p, and re-encoded with the SUP format intended for Blu Ray.
SUP Format
As such, some media players that are fine with MKV files containing H264 video and subtitles may not actually display these subtitles; they are picture based, not text based like SRT. I simply upscaled these original subtitles for preservation. MPC-HC, VLC, and Kodi should be able to display these subtitles once they are remuxed into the MKV, or by selecting external subtitles and pointing to the file.

VOBSUB Format
I have also uploaded the original VOBSUB based subtitles, which you can use to OCR yourself and convert them to text-based subtitles. If you do this, feel free to share your work here. I know many others have OCR'd subtitles and uploaded them to many public websites before, but there are probably noticeable advancements in OCR by now, especially with non-English languages.

Native SRT Files Elsewhere
I know that Samurai Jack's web releases, such as on iTunes, contain official SRT files, if you would prefer that to trying to use an OCR'd release. However, I believe the iTunes release and some other web-dl/webrip based releases have the files encoded at 24.000 or 23.976 fps. My remaster is at 29.97 fps (30000/1001 to be precise) so you may need to run these subtitles through a tool to re-time them automatically. I personally do not know where to best find these official SRT files nor in what languages they are offered. If you manage to find them spread out on other websites, feel free to re-upload them yourself and post a link here so others may grab them without having to search deeply.
Look forward to the special features and foreign audio track uploads coming soon!
