Is there such a thing as being too small to fit through an exit?

I guess I was pondering how this is a one-way thing potentially, that something or someone might be too large to fit through an exit (think Winnie the Pooh), but how the opposite idea, being too small to fit through an exit, just didn't compute in my head.

I know I shouldn't smoke and post but sometimes I do.
