Why does P1 Zig always start Dorans Shield?

I personally really like the lifesteal from D-Blade combined with Vampirism. It gives great sustain. I would only concider D-Shield when i go against a champ that has DoT or Deathfires Touch because the passive is really usefull there.

So why would you take D-Shield over D-Blade?
