Anyone have ideas how to help my sister (16F) get on birth control?

She can't ask my parents. I am moving closer, but I'll still be living a couple hours away. There are no family planning facilities near her. She is working on getting a job so she can get it online, but that may take awhile. I sent her a care package with condoms, VCF film and pregnancy tests a couple months back, but she would like to get on the pill.

Any ideas? I'm getting an IUD asap, but I'm guessing it's probably not the best plan to give her my prescription
