Entry level lens for food photography for an A6000

I'm relatively new to the Sony Alpha line. I was recently gifted a Sony A6000 with a kit lens. I'm working on a project with a friend doing a hobbyist food blog and I'm looking to get some better shots of the food. I'd like to get an entry level lens to aid in our project. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
