Recently transplanted some succulents. Now they seem to be sick and dying. Any help?

So long story short, I bought my girlfriend some succulents for graduation. We recently transplanted them from some crappy soil and decorative rocks covered in glue to a mixture of cactus soil and perlite.

We watered them, which I know was probably a mistake, and set them outside. I haven't watered them for a few days now. I went to check them and a lot of the leaves were withering and wrinkly, and some had a lot of brown spots on them. Pretty sure this is just a sign of over-watering, but I don't really know.

I picked off a lot of the problem leaves. Not really sure what to do now. Should I refrain from watering them for longer, should I put them in the Sun, or take them inside? No idea what to do at this point.

As I said it's in a cactus soil and perlite mix. The pot does have drainage holes. Here's a pic of the succulents. I can try to get a better pic if needed.

Thanks for any help and advice!
