Got a package but not at UCF

So I was at UCF last semester and today i got an email from the mailroom saying i got a package (although i didnt order anything nor does anyone have my P.O. info) problem is im back home for the summer 5 hours away. Is there a way I can contact the mailroom and ask to forward the package?
