How layovers are handled at IGI T3?

My mother and brother are traveling for the first time through air with a halt for flight change at Delhi IGI T3. The layover is only of 1hr and I want to know what would be the fastest way of leaving the previous flight from IXC and on boarding the next flight to BLR. If you have prior experience or have relevant information, pls share with me so I can keep this flight smooth for them.
