New ranking system

I'm tired of being the only good player on my team when I play alone and end up losing and going down rank. Rank should be based on how good you are not how your team does. I'm tired of getting 10 kills then losing a game and my rank. Please fix this because I don't even wanna play anymore because of how bad some people are. I was just in a game where I went 8-3 and my other teammate went 4-4. No one else got a kill. We lost in 5 rounds and my rank went down. I'm so sick of this happening.
