[BUG] 1x Foresight can dodge multiple attacks

Am I the only one that sees this? It's super easy to reproduce.

1. have GK give Retribution to entire team
2. have enemy team member with foresight do an AE attack that hits everyone
3. watch as everyone who counters is dodged

I'm assuming this is a bug since all the counters shouldn't be counted as a single attack
