1080p 144Hz on eSports titles like Overwatch and CSGO, 1080p 60Hz on anything else. Preferably high settings but medium is cool.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
5500₺ which is roughly $1500 BUT this $850~ build costs me around $1500 with taxes and stuff in Turkey also.

I can't get Ryzen because only available Ryzen's that i could find are R7 ones which are quite out of my league. I only want the 144hz in eSports titles like Overwatch and CSGO maybe LoL on high-medium settings. I can play any other game on 60hz which is cool with me. Like i said im in Turkey so this build costs me around $1500 and im gonna get it with a bank loan, gonna pay it back in 24 months, so there is no price increase room for me. This has been a dream of me for a long time and i want to make sure it all goes perfect. Please do help and suggest because i only got one shot at this!
