Account randomly restricted bug?

anyone experiencing a problem of getting restricted for no reason? i was just afk on osu and i just received a message from bancho saying i was restricted. when will i get unrestricted? i know the red message on top of my profile says 24 hours but ive seen people on get banned for no reason and they never get unbanned. i dont have any cheat engine or cheats if that helps finding out the problem.
