Graphics settings?!

I feel like this is something I wanted to talk about as I am not sure if I am the only one. I upgraded from a GTX 750ti to a GTX1060G1 Gaming with 6 gb Vram and I have an I7 Skylake ..... and yet when I play star citizen on low graphics it still seems to lag and the motion blur just makes it all feel very laggy (not having these issues when I play the fps module it's just when I spawn and walk to my ship and in flight that I'm having these issues! How is anyone with a mid -low spec pc going to play this game considering my mid spec pc is giving me issues with starcitizen? Is there gonna be done coding optimization?
