[Tech] help with backwards compatible game

When I log on to injustice gods among us, it asks me to login when I already am. Then it brings up my profile but says that it cant log in, I try to re-download that profile and it says I need an xbox 360 storage device. I didn't have this for any other backwards compatible games, what do I do?
